since i was an infant i always drink milk and for the last 20 years i drink milk with cereal on most mornings.

in the last year or 2 my stools often became watery and lived on Pepto Bismol.

in the last 2 weeks and stop drinking milk and my stools became normal.

looks like i will drink the lactose free milk.

Well that's a load off my mind. I was so worried about the quality of your dumps.

But your video answers your question. Milk is racist!

Try wearing a mask and get the jab and you will be able to drink regular milk again. 😷💉:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

COVID guidelines caused millions to suffer. Now Fauci admits 'there was no science behind it.'
Dr. Anthony Fauci told members of Congress that the COVID guidelines he preached in 2020 had no scientific support.

On my 50's. Switched to lactose free milk, sour cream, use goat cheese now(you can find all varieties from cheddar, to soft)

I also use the lactaid products and they work well.

It is my belief that adult humans are not meant to drink milk.
Most, not all. See OP's video. Some populations evolved lactose tolerance.

milk is over rated by the time the body breaks down milk you get zero calcium from it your better off just taking calcium supplements.its pumped up with horemones and a lot of crap. the only milk a baby should be getting is breast milk with lots of antibodies.

Of course there is no science behind asking someone to stay 6ft from someone that is sick.
But it is common sense.
The farther you distance yourself the better.
But when you are providing guidelines to the public, you have to say something specific that is reasonable.

Only drink milk in my coffee.

I do buy almond milk because my kids like it.

P.s. How do you milk an almond? 🤔

I love milk and drink it with my meals. Feels odd when I don't drink milk. The best is a peanut butter & jelly sandwich with a glass of milk. Hmmmm, hope I didn't just jinx myself. And I do feel sad when people become intolerant to milk but at least there are many options now compared to many years ago when there were very few.
