I don't really know
to live in

I've been looking around, saw something that interested me in the downtown core.

I just wanted to know if there are any condo review sites or info on a particular condo?

I will request a 'status certificate' when I make a bid

Any information on condo living and condo buying (tips) would be helpful.

Is this a good time to buy (will market plummet with interest on the rise and supply increasing)?

I'm still looking at as many condos as possible

Ask your realtor to help you on that kind of stuff...we're "free" to the buyers. We get paid (almost always) by the Seller.

You could ask the actual tenants too... most condos have atriums or little parks or whatever where tenants chill out after dinner and such. Who better to get opinions on the condos than the condo tenants themselves?

No need to stalk out there, but take a visit around 8:00 PM.
