Hush massage DT

I booked appointment at 9 during Canada day (you know how it’s busy to even get to DT) and she massaged me when I got there saying they went for a quick 15 min to grab a bite. I waited, the door was closed. After 20min I called back she said she will call and check if they’re back. Didn’t hear back tried to call no response!!

Honestly that’s a bad business, never happened with cmj or club alpha.
Someone has to fix this.

Hush started with a lot of promise but it managed to be worst than CMJ. Nothing will change, it seems that the girls run that place, from what i heard the owner is really soft and the girls walk all over her. I've been no show twice and a bunch of cancellations (an odd amount of times). CMJ is not any better right now, it seemed to have gone downhill, good lunch trying to get a response from them when trying to book.

I've had the same thing happen to me a couple of times. Made a reservation online, called an hour before my appointment to confirm, only to arrive there and find out that the MA didn't even show up that day.

They have some excellent MA's there (e.g. Peach) which make it worthwhile, but I agree, it can be a challenge.

Hush is basically a bunch of independents who rent space, same as CMJ. Girls leave mid shift at both or cancel same day and the owners don’t care. Only good thing about alpha and paradise girls are usually there for entire shift / show up.

These things happen at ALL spas, let's not kid ourselves gents. As someone who knows Jasmin extremely well and for over 15 years I can tell you that after she moved away, CMJ did fall apart. Vicki , Jayda and Quin ran the place into the ground, literally. I was horrified the last time I went (summer of 2022). I was sad to see how bad it got actually. But Jasmin came back, saved the day, kicked everyone in management out and replaced them. It doesn't surprise me at all that Hush is failing as its the same team that ran CMJ into the ground.

I had coffee with Jasmin this past January and what she told me was soap opera level of drama. I wont get into details but Jasmin was/is facing a massive uphill battle to get CMJ back to its original glory. But I know if anyone can do it, its her. There has already been massive improvements since she's been back. And they seem to be recruiting some great new staff.

Lets all remember, if Jasmin never moved to Ottawa, no one would have known what a bodyslide was, or a shower for 2 or paved the legal way for the private club foundation. She's a legend in Ottawa. I for one will always support her every time I am in Ottawa.

Agreed. My experience has been over the last 4-5 months. I’ve seen a receptionist there at times which has been nice. Other times I’ve been stuck ringing the door bell and waiting as much as 10-15 mins because the MA was running behind. It’s so damn awkward waiting at the top of the stairs. Lol.

There have been a few MAs there with last min cancellations. Like I’m already downtown and I get a cancellation. It’s really annoying. I have to plan my day sometimes to get off work early then get cancelled on when I’m there. At first I thought management would crack down on it but it seems like the MAs run that place. There is no owner/owners involvement.

Oh this is very interesting. I didn’t know that, it makes sense now why Hush is crap. I was willing to put up with most of the crap but the cancellations got to me. One time I was there on a Saturday a party was going on, lots of screaming and yelling. I couldn’t enjoy my session. I found out later it was just the girls drinking too much and arguing. So silly

I hope CMJ gets better. I’ve recently had my challenges with CMJ. Very slow response to booking, it’s like no one is monitoring the messages (I’ve gotten response data after), compare to Alpha the responses are instant. The CMJ website has had some issues since the hush and CMJ split, my password fails the first time all the My password is saved in my browser so I know it's not me. I hope cmj gets better, it was always my go to

Hush is by far the worst massage parlour in the city. They have an awful reputation for being sloppy. The owner is uninvolved and uninterested. It is basically used as a private incall spot with no admin. The girls are sloppy and unprofessional. Business for them is awfully slow and I do not see them being in business for much longer. Club Alpha which is just 2 blocks away has better looking girls and is known for being reliable and upscale. I would not recommend Hush to anyone.

And Alpha is cheaper lol.

hush has one of my favourite girl but she has become really unreliable.

Firstly I want to apologize to you Adamfaye, for your experience. Completely understand your frustration, and that should have never happened last night. I did reach out and offered you a session on the house if you decide to return.

And to shed some real light here:

c_tram_88 The girls have been pulling more weight in recent months than they were. And whoever said that I can be a little soft and walked over, they aren't wrong. I do have a track record of being "too nice" and being taken advantage of, and it most certainly can cause some mismanagement.

You may be happy to know that as of July 4th, a full-time receptionist will be present (no more waiting at the door )

As far as not being as cheap as my competitors, our pay structure is higher at HUSH, and although I can appreciate lowering rates in times when many do not have as much disposable income, the industry has worked many years to get its rates to where they are. I know many independent SP's/MA's that were feeling the pinch prior to the sale pricing, and I don't feel the need to participate in the drowning of my community. So sadly, you'll never see my staff go on sale.

mmmgood I won't begin to get into any of this because there are two sides to every soap opera, and it truly is none of anyone's business as it would reflect the both of us equally as poor. Jayda and Quinn are also beautiful people, and many can attest to that. They worked and continue to work very hard (Even worked for free for us at CMJ during COVID because they cared so much) So take it as you will. It's the past.

But many of you in the comment section are right. I had definitely taken a step away since March when I should have really been stepping up. Some drama with another club owner got to me when it shouldn't, but when they go to the lengths of showing up to your landlord's office trying to take over your space, it frustrates you, but it doesn't stop there....

I should indeed have a thicker skin by now; you need one working in this industry. It has been a challenging but exciting 8 months, and you don't need to worry about HUSH going anywhere. We will have some new things in store for you soon.

I know this won't go over well with many, but it would be best to explain why my presence has been felt less. Not looking to justify any poor customer service and look forward to better serving you.

Haven't been to Hush, but visited the CMJ facility a few times. Nice place, convenient location, beautiful women

Met Quinn on reception, a friendly, sincere and lovely lady with a nice smile. Not surprised she worked gratis during Covid. Quinn for the win!

The reception ladies are the glue that holds the spas together. They are the unsung heroines of the industry.

Hope everything works out for all the hard-working ladies that keep us lads so happy. Thanks for everything you do.

I do know that many profiles were deleted (including mine) from the website and booking system as a parting gift to Jasmin from previous managers. Even all the ladies information was deleted, computers stolen etc so Jasmin had no way to contact any of her staff. I went from being able to login to having zero access. However it was fixed as soon as I emailed Jasmin. I think if you reach out to her, she can quickly fix that for you.

I agree that you shouldn't ever lower your prices, these women aren't something to put on sale so kudos to you and the others who have not given in to the pressure to lower your rates. Vicki you and I have had many talks over the years, and still do. I know both sides of the story VERY well.
