Human brains now have 7g of plastic in them. This is the equivalent of a plastic spoon. This plastic is extremely harmful to the brain and is linked to dementia.

Stop using plastic tupperware! Use glass instead. These plastics over time will accumulate in your body and slowly kill you. Once inside your body, you can never get the plastic out.

Stop wearing polyester too.
Any skin tight athletic gear isn't good either, since you sweat, your pores are open and since it's covered in plastic, it absorbs the polyester.
As sexy as women's leggings are ladies, not healthy. And guys wear their share as well, seems like there's no escaping it.

Maybe that's why we live longer now.

When we become 50% plastic, we'll live to 200 years.

I've cut back on plastic since last year. I stick with cotton, organic cotton and linen typically. Even sports hats made from poly seem to give me headaches if worn for too long. Changed all the LED light bulbs in my place back to incandescent. I've also changed the display settings on my laptop and phone due to migraines. And I've cut back on more processed foods than I already have due to all the chemicals in them. I'll snack on carrots, celery and fruits to maintain hungry. Also people are using all those products for laundry tend to have skin issues. I go to the local eco shop around here and bought better laundry detergent (they also allow refills by bringing in your own bottles) and stopped using all that stuff like fabric softeners. All these products for cleaning and scented candles/wax have way too much chemicals in them. I've used baking soda & vinegar for odour than things like Febreeze. I also clean the house with water/vinegar mix except the hardwood floors which I'll use floor products.

“Many foods are sold in plastic containers and most of us keep leftovers in food storage containers made out of plastic, such as Tupperware, Rubbermaid, other brands, as well as carryout containers from restaurants. In addition to the endocrine-distruping chemicals mentioned above, we now know to be concerned about microplastic particles from the containers that are in our bodies.

Regardless of the types of chemicals in a plastic food container, it may not be entirely safe. Plastics break down over time, which means they can potentially release trace amounts of microplastics and whatever chemicals they are made of into the food. This is more likely to happen when the plastic has been heated or when it’s old and has been subjected to repeated use or washings. Experts warn that “single-use” plastic, such as those used for bottled water, should never be re-used.“

Avoid bottled water and sodas, throw out all your plastic containers and replace them with glass, never microwave food in plastic. After decades of using plastic, these microplastics accumulate permanently inside your brain and body and will cause mental and physical damage.

I replaced all my cups with glass including for the kids now. Other option is stainless steel cookware/utensils not made in China.

The same issue applies for foods for cats/dogs when the general population buys crap that's loaded with chemicals and IIRC saw dust so the animals love it because of the chemicals making a great flavour just like potato chips, but long term wise the animal ends up having issues like humans which require meds or surgery at times. I get the fact most people can't afford better pet food or deal with a raw diet, but anything cheap tends to come at a cost.
