I agree...depending on what you're using it for. It tends to work better for people over 40+ because obviously they produce less homones as they aged. However if you're using it as a supplement for muscle growth from working out, there are better products. In any case, I heard there are better hormone supplements than the HGH you see advertised from the spam emails/websites.
