Caution is key

I guess the real question is what you want to accomplish???

Please to keep this in mind. Check with a competent MD or DO prior to taking hormones. Also you might want to check a PDR for info on this.

I agree...depending on what you're using it for. It tends to work better for people over 40+ because obviously they produce less homones as they aged. However if you're using it as a supplement for muscle growth from working out, there are better products. In any case, I heard there are better hormone supplements than the HGH you see advertised from the spam emails/websites. Talk to a nutritionist at a health food store.

Do not touch this stuff and i don't know any decent doctor that would prescribe this stuff. Check out bodybuilding.com which is a excellent site about these matters. If you are in your mid to late 40's you might want to try testosterone which is a lot better. I personally have tried andro(mild form) and i found it to be very good. Stay away from creatine and all that garbage and try to eat alot of protein.

Which creatine did you try? Just curious, i have never tried but it does not agree with everyone. A few of my friends said it affected there stomachs on the first try. I tried this nor andro ripped fuel stack by twinlab, it was cheap $10 us at GNC. The stuff really works, but is only available in the USA.

Creatine-I have heard alot of mixed things on creatine but one thing I did learn was that liquid creatine is very unstable. I personally wondered when I took creatine if it was the actual creatine that did help with the extra push re: reps or if it was strictly mental......I know sometimes a good CD has the exact same impact on my workouts.
Remember though if you are going to use creatine for an extended period of time you should cycle off the stuff too!

The decline of growth hormone with age is directly associated with many of the symptoms of aging. These include wrinkling, gray hair, decreased energy, and diminished sexual function. Lack of growth hormone contributes to increasing body fat, cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis, and an inclination toward other aging-related diseases.

You may have observed these symptoms in younger adults, and often this is to do with a human growth hormone deficiency. Fortunately, clinical evidence demonstrates that by elevating human growth hormone, we can significantly reverse these symptoms and achieve the following:

Look Younger
Lose fat
Restore hair growth
Regain hair color
Reduce wrinkles
Improve skin texture
Improve skin elasticity
Feel Younger
Elevates your mood
Improves sleep
Restore sex drive
Increase energy
Restore bone and muscle mass
Reduce blood pressure
Reduce cholesterol
Normalizes blood sugar
Regenerate heart, liver, kidneys, lungs
