Jenesis might be able to accommodate. She has been in the industry for a while and am sure has the experience to accommodate. Honestly most providers in Durham are probably OK with this as long as you aren't actively shedding and the usual precautions are taken. As one provider once told me, most of the population that's sexually active likely has at least one of the HSV strains, many of which lies dormant. HSV isn't one most lose too much sleep over.

I am not willing to accommodate. I am sorry, but I have to pass. I am not judging, but for myself and my clients, I can’t knowingly take the risk. I take precautions all the time, and yes, there are plenty of non-diagnosed people, and some that are not showing and so they show up anyways, that is a risk we all take in this hobby and we do our best to mitigate that risk, but I am not willing to take a knowing risk like this if i don’t have too.

Besides, I am semi-retired. I am not taking new clients at the moment and I am changing my direction of my career right now.

I applaud the OP for this thread. I am sure there will be some SPs reading that will reach out. Please do not publicly review them. You could inadvertently add shame to their name. Good luck in your search OP.

I also applaud you about being upfront about this. I know for HSV in particular, the routine tests do not typically include these tests. If someone wants to get this test done, they usually have to pay for it. Doctors are not typically worried too much about this one. From my experience and since it's your first time, I wouldn't bang your head against the wall too much about HSV. Just make sure you do not have an active outbreak, sores, and the region is clean. If you aren't feeling well, stay home. I don't think you have to bring so much emphasis on it when inquiring as long as you follow the above. This is based on experience and having been with 100s of providers.
