When you create an account, they will give you a QR code for your account. You can go to a Litecoin cash machine and put credit on your LL account with cash.
This is pretty straight forward and how I do it. There are a few Atm locations near a couple of my incalls so it makes it easy. Just pop in, put in cash and it is applied to your account in 5-10mins.
