how to find a rental condo in downtown ?

I am looking for a rental condo in downtown toronto. How do i find an agent who specializes in that area.
Can I just walk-in the condo building office for the listing ?

Is there any good websites anyone knows ?

I used this web site exclusively to find mine at Yonge and Sheppard.... It will scan all the web sites that have listings. Its gives you alot of info.

I looked between Sheppard and Finch...and settled on Sheppard as it was closer to the Cineplex and tonnes and tonnes of great food around here.

Most the great priced condos go really quick...I had to grab mine hours after I saw it....just food for thought.
