How to block sender on hotmail?

I have been receiving 'pop-ups' on my yahoo-hotmail account, some are requesting 'chat.' It is really annoying.

How can I block the sender?

Any suggestions? Thanks!

Popups are related to your browser. Switch to Mozilla Firefox.

If you want to quickly block a sender, tag it as "Junk" and all the messages will go to your Junk mail folder.

Go to Options-->Mail-->Junk e-mail protection for other options on mail filters...
