How 'The Matrix' is a trans story, according to Netflix and co-director

Netflix has posted a Twitter thread explaining the trans themes in "The Matrix," after one of its co-directors confirmed earlier this week that the movie was an allegory for gender transition.

I'm not buying it.

The former Andy Wachoski is jumping on the Hunter Schaffer bandwagon. She's become the poster girl for the trans community and Lilly wants some attention. They both switched sexes, are we supposed to re-imagine all their films from a trans prism?

On a lighter note Samara Weaving is moving away from her scream queen image...I wonder how she got cast in Bill and Ted: Face the Music? The film will be released Sept 1...have another Twinkie Genghis Khan.
