Not necessarily.
The top of the mast is slightly further from the centre of the earth so it will describe a slightly longer arc as it travels around the earth. However, that distance (the circumference of the earth) is a minute fraction of the total distance travelled by the boat as it hurtles in orbit around the sun which, in turn, travels through the galaxy. If the boat spent more time in daylight on its trip, the keel would have travelled much further than the mast.
