They use the same hotel as they have built a rapport with the staff and managers. They know what's up. The hotel doesn't care as it's business for them. As long as the agency isn't making problems, there's really no reason to not let them be customers. Plus, they make a bunch of money off the agency!!! Steady money, as they get numerous rooms everyday. I really like the front desk at our hotel. They're really nice and professional and treat us like any other customer. We even have a laugh from time to time. Cleaning ladies are great to. But I'm super nice to all these people and am very appreciative towards them. That always makes a difference as to how you're received.
