How does someone become a sp?

I have always wondered how a lady could become a sp. Is it they are desperate? Is it that they enjoy it? Is it that they like the challenge. What is it? Always wanted to know. I could not think of having personal contact with 95% of the women I see in a normal day. Do not understand. Makes me shudder!!!

I can't believe no one mentioned money???!!!
I'll break it down for you,

1) Money
2) Money
3) Money
4) see 1,2,3

The number one, two, three and four reasons women choose this line of work is for money.

What separates a great SP from a lousy one?

1) She is comfortable in her sexuality
2) She enjoys her work
3) Is non judgemental
4) Knows how to say "No" when she has to
5) Respects herself
6) Is very emotionally strong.

Money is The Great Motivator

Well said Danielle. Money makes the world go round.

Money is part of the reward that an SP would get out of working but as both Danielle and Jenn have mentioned, there are other rewards to be had from becoming an SP.

In a lot of ways it is like most work where if you are not having some fun doing it then it is time to either move to a new company or find a completely different line of work to get into.
