How do you count your cash?

I used to count cash somewhat like how they do in Africa when I didn't have much $$ to count.
Since then, I learned how to do it like a bonafide Canadian.

It seems I count the way it would be expected, as I am Canadian. I think the Africans have a better system - less chance for a mistake out of all the ways shown in that video.
One thing I noticed... I deal cards the same way I count cash. I wonder if the other countries deal cards in the way they count their money as well, or if they deal like us.
