How do I Take Many Screen Shots or Do a Video Capture While Browsing?

I'd like to take screen shots of an online test that I'll probably only get to see once through a website/webrowser. Is there software that can help me do this? e.g. video capture software or software that lets me take several (very many) pictures as I navigate the site.

P.S. The test is really a set of sample questions for the Canadian Securities Course (CSC). I'll pay to see it, but I think I'll only be able to see it just once.

Snapz Pro for Mac OS X

I've been using Snapz Pro to do some video screen captures on my Mac. Pretty easy to use software. One of the other ones I've tried is vnc2swf. Not as easy as Snapz, but definitely something useful and accomplishes the required task.

Easiest way is to press the PRINT SCRN button and paste the image in a paint program.
