How do I resize pics for profile and also upload pics to Advertising Threads?

I'm not that computer savy and Im trying to find out how to upload pics I have saved on my comuter (not from a url addy) to threads I post in the Indie advertising section....


.......and how to resize pics to put on my profile

Anyone that can directly help me do both via replying first with correct info on this thread or in my inbox will get $20 off a session with me!

I have a Dell computer with Windows Vista and use Chrome.

A can email you this pics to resize/upload to thread and please give me instruction how to upload to threads myself as well

as jessica said resize the pic with picture editor or some such (lots of free resize stuff out there just google resize pic. un fortunatly you have to upload the pics to a web hosting site as long as they are not too graphic there is no problem

With Windows 7, open pic with " Paint " Then click resize. In there you can resize by % or pixels ( Hight & width) . This is very handy esp. on sites like Terb were your profile pics have a restriction of what max pixels: hight & width. Also many sites, when you are doing the posting you can click & drag the photo from your desk top over the the space you are doing this writing & pic will be copied into the text space. Photo ( original ) will remain on the desk top.
