How do I grab this file?

Hello, I thought maybe someone here fcan help me out.
This web site has a great video file I want to save for myself.

THe file is " woman with power tools"

I can't get this file off the "temporary internet files" folder, so I thought someone may know a different way fo saving it to my HD.
Actually there are more that I want but can't.

Any suggestions?
