How do angencies deal with no shows?

I usually go for BP and indies, but from time to time, some agency ads catches my attention. But I never had luck booking the girl I want. It's almost always "She is fully booked, please try again next week..." .

I mean really??

In one case, I even asked them to call me back if a prebooked customer does not show, then I can take his place. The answer is no...

So from my experience with indy / BP girls - they usually overbook because 90% of calls never show up. I usually get plan B, or if I really wanted to see the girl I'd wait till she becomes free - sometimes up to 2 hours. I don't mind as long as I have something to occupy myself with.

So I wonder why the flake rate is so high for BP girls, and not for angencies? How do agencies guarantee clients actually show?

I have used indys for a very long time. Because of my last bad indy experience in the previous year, I decided to try agency recently.

First try, line kept ringing. No answer. Decided to send an email, got an answer next day, asked to book SP ($300/h), am told SP is fully booked for the week. I think I will be back to indys. Booking indys is a breeze despite the occasional surprises. Surprises are ok, but not extreme ones !

its got nothing to do with being agency. I would quit the biz the day I had a 90% no show rate holy crap!!??!! Who are these poor girls??
I'd be stretching it to say 5% of my clients no show, probably closer to 2%. I do get some cancellations but again nowhere near the figure you are suggesting.

I'm curious, to what would you attribute your very low no-show rate? My ATF is exceptionally well-organized and profressional, good with arrangements and confirmations, etc. But I have found her to be an exception.

I have never no-showed, I've cancelled a few times sitting on the tarmac at my departing airport, but never just blew a lady off. I can't imagine doing so.

Flakers do exist. And they only call bp girls. There must be something you and most agencies are doing differently to weed them out.

I was thinking the same thing! My no show rate is about 1 in 15 (depending on the area).

But I do notice that younger men tend to flake out more often. Last minute jitters maybe?

Collette our phone girl at naughty nuru is excellent at weeding out time wasters as we call them. I also answer the phone sometime and you can sometimes tell by the tone in the person's voice or the questions they ask. For example, "What does Jessica look like?" Really my pictures are posted how did you miss them lol? Or "Oh so Jessica is a dirty talker, why don't you put her on the phone so she can let me know what she will do to me later?" Most likely this guy is whacking off at home to my voice and will not show up. I don't dirty talk over the phone anymore, come see me in person and I'll make a grown man blush. However some time wasters do get through screening someone over the phone is not fool proof. For the most part though my girlfriends and I usually don't get no-shows.
