Went swimming today and sat under a tree in the shade. There was a nice breeze, so today wasn't too bad. Right now it is insane as I can't fall asleep, no central air. I am going to head to the basement.

Crank The AC - put the ceiling fan on full. slip on a damp T shirt and I hardly notice the heat.
