The statues were provided by the various states, so what do you expect from Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia? The people as a whole need to have some standards...

The statues were provided by the various states, so what do you expect from Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia? The people as a whole need to have some standards...

True. I think the current rule doesn't allow for Congress to pick or reject the statues, which is what led to this. That was always a bad idea.
