The last part is very refreshing compared to a big indifferent city like Toronto where people don't acknowledge others unless money or a transaction is involved. I get the sense most of these girls on these news and games shows are from, or try to look like, they're Northern Italian--which is a completely different country from the South with more stereotypically brunette, "Mediterranean-looking" women.
