The popular agencies e.g. Select Company and Mirage do charge extra (though it is included in your hourly rate) for hotel outcalls to Scarborough. Check their sites for the exact rate. I'm not sure of all the other agencies out there, but I expect they charge extra for the lady to travel to Scarborough. You may want to consider an incall in Markham or Scarborough to save some hassle on your part. Obviously, you'll need a way to get there.
