Hotel Bookings Via Internet - Hongkong and Bangkok

Any recommendations for internet booking of hotels in Bangkok and Hongkong? Most savings and safest. Thanks in advance.

i use www.phuket-info.com
follow the link 2 thailand hotels then click whatever city u want & book/reserve thru the booking agency they use
they do want you to pay full deposit payment on a credit card but what i have been told the booking is excellent
