has anyone had exsperience with either being hogtied or doing the hogting, like to hear some comments.

Yep...as long as you trust the person and they have experience with bondage (ie making sure there is space for circulation at your wrists and ankles) it can be a blast.
You don't even need rope...tiewraps, duct tape or restraint cuffs with a clip can be used...just make sure that there are a pair of ambulance scissors on hand...you can pick them up at Starkmans or in any medical supply store...great investment.
