Hi fellow hobbyists, SPs and lurkers lol

Been a long time since I posted. Just wanted to get your 2 cents about hobbying in recent times. All my fav girls have moved on (retired, moved to another city or other....)

Now for a mini-rant (if it qualifies). I am a single dude no GF/Wife or Friend with benefits. I usually get the sexual part of life satisfaction via hobbying. Last time I part took in hobby was Jan 2020; so yeah... so it's been more than a year since I indulged. With covid and what not I decided not to part take in hobby.

My patience is running out (there is only so much porn one can watch or make love to their own hand lol)

How is the hobby scene recently? Are there more fakers or deceivers out there? (by deceivers I mean: promise a certain service and not deliver). The reputable SPs all require reference which I don't have since I haven't hobbied for more than a year and also the ones that I used to see have retired or moved away. Also I am not comfortable sharing my personal info as a reference - so I guess leolist musings might have to do for now.

So is the hobby scene any better or worst than 2019? (if you remember); how comfortable are you folks seeing SPs in the current environment. I went on leolist this past week it seems there are more fakers/deceivers out there (assuming my hobby radar is still working). I don't wanna go hobby after a year of no sex and be disappointed - you know...

Any words of wisdom would help!

The scene has become increasingly difficult. To find a good match with good looks, good services, and good rates is a hard mission. I've had to significantly decrease the amount of SPs I see for the last year. I hope there's better days ahead for the clients.

You just have to be wise when shopping...there are lots of good SPs out there.

LL is more miss than hit unfortunately. I saw Katia today from LL and it was amazing so you can find the gems out there. The reputable ones are quite pricey which I guess they earned by making themselves reputable. My suggestion is to get on Twitter and start following the Ottawa scene. It helps to avoid fakers and gives you a sense of their personality.

I've also been thinking of getting back into it. I havent really hobbied since last March before the pandemic. Can anyone share what Brass Club is like these days? I used to go all the time but wouldn't know any of the new girls. Do you need to wear a mask during sessions? Are services similar to before?

I love Brass, but my experiences with the place since last fall is that it has become much more restrictive...at least the ladies I saw were. No GFE sessions in 4 straight sessions for me so I have stopped going until I get the sense that things are back to normal.

Everyone is an adult and assumes their risk tolerance. I’ve found 2 providers which satisfies me completely and I’m just sticking with them. Recently I saw a new MA at Rabbit Spa that I reviewed here, so I do try and branch out if I think they’re a safe option.
Bottom line...it’s far from what it used to be but so if life in general and you just gotta roll with it.

Due to covid it's safer with reduced services whether it be kissing, bbbj, daty. Clients have the short end of the stick it seems. It's like trying to buy a house these days. @Mandalorian is right, just gotta roll with it... at a slow speed for me.

Someone change what I wrote in the first sentence... That's not what I had written there at all lol. I would never write that due to covid it's safer to reduce services. I would say if you're scared of covid, then stay home instead of seeing SPs.

My worst experience ever recently there was a stripper who wanted to charge for daty, wouldn’t kiss either and also prevented me from touching her private parts. Check carefully before booking especially if it’s a new girl....

The scene definitely changed for worse! Even the 411 section on this site is lacking new reviews and completely lacking TOFTT stories. Everyone is hungry for sex or money, but I didn't see any improvements for months now

At the Brass Club were always looking to provide the absolute best service possible (even during a pandemic) and we welcome any members who have had issues at the club to come forward and speak in person so that we can resolve the issues at hand in a productive and mature manner instead of going online and complaining. If you look at our schedule and compare it to any other location, especially downtown, you will see that we have more hostesses on shift than any other spa/club by miles. That alone should stand as a reflection of how busy we are. How busy we are is a reflection of the quality of our services.



Fred66, I’m amazed that you keep coming to Brass, referring friends and having these “horrible experiences” without taking a minute to address “set issues” with management or any of the administrative staff. After reviewing your post history and seeing that you have nothing positive to say and have actively bashed the brass club repeatedly, I wouldn’t be surprised if some how, some way I find out that you’re actually an under cover staff member for one of our competitors. This does happen on this board and taking into consideration the nature of things, your post are suspicious.

Especially considering that we are one of the only two spa/club in the city that respects their clients and staff enough to have an administrative staff on shift at all times, we give ample opportunity for communication. If you’re not a competitor or a malicious person and you have any issues at the Brass Club, you come talk to me and I’ll make sure your issues are resolved.

Jessica.... Thanks for taking the time to respond on this thread. Can't imagine how busy you must be with the reopening, all the changes and resets this year, and with the challenges of managing the Brass Goddesses as they look after the Brass Gents.

I can say without hesitation that Jessica has been 100% supportive of me from my first visits doing the admin and registration, with hugs as I arrive for sessions, and with ongoing technical support with the website and log-in issues, on which Jessica went the extra mile to resolve. Thanks Jessica!

She's been dealing with the Covid shutdowns, staff changes and challenges that would make most people break, but she's come through it all like a Warrior.

Jessica has been available at all hours to answer questions and to provide support as needed. If others have concerns, that would be a way to proceed rather than online complaints.

Don't think Jessica knows who I am, and I don't benefit in any way from positive comments, but am throwing in my two cents as a TERB contributor and a Brass Gent.

Usually commentary takes place between myself and the Brass Goddesses via Twitter and in session, so any boy-girl items can be discussed in private.

My Brass experiences have been as varied as the Ladies' individual personalities, but have been positive and enjoyable.

Haven't been to Brass since the reopening, but am looking forward to dropping by for a dark Rum & Coke, a shower and a massage from one of the lovely Brass Goddesses.

When I have an issue at ‘the other club’ it gets dealt with right away and my integrity is not questioned as I am witnessing yet again with your ‘all guns blazing’ post. I have complained about sessions at your club in the past and zero gets done about it so I don’t bother with you anymore. Same pattern was exhibited last year when many of your girls quit and went online to vent about how they were treated and their complaints were ignored. If you listened venting wouldn’t happen in public forums. Look in the mirror. I am NOT a competitor!!

Good providers who don't require references, personal info etc are still out there. You still have to do your due diligence and check reviews. However take all reviews with a grain of salt. If some services are important to you then contact the provider directly through text, email or Twitter. Don't assume anything about services. We all have our favourites and we promote them sometimes but they might not be what you're looking for.

Due to covid I'm cautious and more picky about who I see now. Have met some amazing ladies both MAs and SPs and had a great time. They're all well reviewed on terb. Also have some ladies on my 'To Meet List' too and I think they're going to be fun too

Have you ever taken a step back and asked yourself how you can simultaneously conceive of the women at Brass as goddesses and completely dismiss their testimony about unsafe/unjust working conditions (ie. framing them as gripes and allegations)?

Just seems like a bizarre contradiction. If I thought someone was a goddess I'd listen to their experiences and trust their word.
