Looking for some help I am going to Texas on business for a couple of weeks in August.
What is the SP, MP situation down there anyone have first hand knowledge.
I will be in Austin and Houston.

not sure about Houston or Austin.

In Dallas like most of the USA, it's very limited and expensive. Good choice asre oriental spa's and massage parlors. If lucky you might find one with FS.
For SP's check yellow pages under models and escorts, which is tricky becaiuse most of them are ripoffs.
Try "Craigslist" or other websites.

If you like history..the Alamo...if you like sightseeing the downtown area is very nice..and it has some of the best mexican food around..sorry but i have no info on SP's

This is a popular board which has the most info on Texas with specific sections on Houston and San Antonio. Might be worth getting the BCD membership to see the more graphic details.

Houston recently (late last year/early this year) had some busts of some of the larger MPs - I believe some of the places were too public with their advertising, etc and got nailed.

If you are considering seeing an SP, many of them require references from other known (to them) providers which you are probable unable to provide (as a Canadian). This is not atypical for US SPs as the law enforcement regime is tougher down there. They probably have some way to handle exceptions but you will need to do the research to avoid disappointment.

But watch out! Houston LE is on the prowl. As stated earlier, LE did a big bust last Fall. The remaining outfits may be next on the list.

What's amazing about Houston agency websites is that some actually put an address on their website, sometimes with map and directions.

OTOH, LE may decide that that's all they're going to bust for now, just to say they did something until the next election. In which case, you've got nothing to worry about.

I second the AMP's in Dallas. The AMP's there blow away anything they have here. In fact some of the best experiences I've had with an SP has been at some AMP's in Dallas (and I live in Toronto). Seems like most of the AMP's are Korean and there are some lookers there... ironic how IMHO Dallas has better asian SP's than Toronto. Can't remember the names but there are a bunch.Check out ASPD as someone mentioned for some of the names of the places.

Once upon a time I lived in Houston. Its true what they say, everything's bigger in Texas. First thing you do is pick up a copy of the Houston Press. It's their version of Toronto's Now. You pick them up in newspaper bins similar to the ones for the Now. Flip to the back - here's a taste. See something you like? Check on one of the review boards mentioned in the above posts and do your research. You'll arrive at a decision soon enough.

If you're gutsy (though I DO NOT recommend this), you can cruise slowly along the feeder lanes of Hwy. 59 (Southwest Freeway, north or southbound it doesnt matter) between the 610 Loop and oh... say Bissonnet... you never know who you might bump into, particularly on weekend nights. I recall a few up-scale SC in Houston for the high rollers. So many Limo in the parking lots. I saved my $$$ and met up with my ex-GF instead.

And there are some neighborhoods you have to be either brave or stupid to go into. Of course, I had to stumble into those neighborhoods.

OK just to keep things in the right place I am going to continue info in this thread.

Just got back from Houston next trip will try to extend and hit San Antonio.

All I can say is wow loved Houston.

Did some prior research but went with the flow.

Got there and pickup a paper but started talking to the hotel conceirge(sp) one night. He recommended a nice MP with latino's appearantly more bang for your buck and I love latin woman. He called a number and got a friendly cabby to pic me up. The MP is in a soso area of Houston so he arranged a deal with the cabby to drop me off and pick me up. Got to the place and almost didn't go in but the cabby Mark (a huge black guy that reminded me of a buddy) told me not to worry and to negotiate the price. He told me 1/2 hour for a BJ/FS and Massage is about $120

Got inside and they were right after getting throught the security doors and bouncer was lead into a nice room where the ladies came in to greet me.
Wow offered a drink and was encouraged to take my time since I was a little buzzy already took a beer (almost like water). 4 ladies to pic from.

Pick my lady Sahara and off to the room for a massage no shower in the room but just outside.

Once in the room she enters
I am normally a two shot guy and feeling pretty good negotiated one hour with MSOG (not the norm)
Looks 7/10 (too many tats)
Nude Massage 8/10
