SCs in the US for the most part are rip-offs but Americans are use to them (low mileage) so they don't complain. You probably can get T.O mileage in the VIP but you got to pay for the VIP room (which is another rip-off). Personally, I would never hobby in the US (because service sucks and it costs an arm and a leg and LE is really into cracking this stuff down).

Sorry I'm not in SD. Like I said just check out the ISG, there is all the info you need. Tijuana is not particularly dangerous, just don't drink too much and do stupid things, you'll be fine.
There are women all over from super low end street to higher end escorts. Tons of nightclubs, strip joints and hotels. Don't be scared, have fun!
