Wanted to put solar panels on roof of my house. I'm.perfectly positioned. There was s plan where I could have them installed and used electricity generated to pay off panels. I didn't care if I made s buck or not. Just wanted to contribute. But the fuckimg city of Toronto changed the programme so it would cost me 7k to hook panels up to grid. What the fucks that all about. Some oil and gas guy buying off city council ?

Solar panels company

Nothing will change except higher taxes for all.

Higher taxes will pay for the installation of solar panels installed on all government buildings

Smart thing to do is to invest in Canadian Solar company

This will be the winner for a few years to come ........job creation in Guelph Ontario

I am invested already CSIQ. Should pan out well

Love how he calls it a "jamboree", perfect description for this waste of tax payers money, AND resources.

He's probably right that a fee or tax on carbon is the only way to really make people change.
But at the least, the talks managed to get every country in the world to sign on, and thats something.
Its a start.
These people don't think the scientists are right about climate change.

Scientists are right about climate change. They've essentially said that climate constantly changes. I think everybody agrees with that.

I also think everybody agrees that reducing pollution and emissions is a good thing.

For those governments who actually try to follow that agreement will further drain their economies.
Could be a major win for China, as it is a net oil importer and it also will not suck its economy dry to support that deal.

I'm sure it was a wonderfully educational experience for those choosing a career in cat herding.

If you think the argument is just that simple, you need help..

There could be a tragedy of the commons type result from this, but with every government in the world signing on there could also be enough pressure to punish those that don't comply.
Its a start.
