Just wondering, Canada is one of the higher per capita emitters. Seems a little pie in the sky given no enforcement provisions and particularly with oil sub $40 USD. Whose going wanna trade their Escalade for a Prius?

He's probably right that a fee or tax on carbon is the only way to really make people change.
But at the least, the talks managed to get every country in the world to sign on, and thats something.
