it was meant as a joke... but yes almost every1 who wants to start an agency think its simple & that the budget is irrelivent.

there are enough agencies in the city... & they are well run.

Setting up and running an agency IS simple. The tough job is finding and retaining talent, much like any business.

every1 thinks that but ... an agency that creates profit & sustains it self also requires a competitive edge... which is that of a variety & bigger roster.

Not anyone can create a successful agency as that requires a pipeline to young and fresh talent. If you can get a dozen beautiful young women that are willing to service anyone with money, sorry, enough money, you can create a successful agency. I'm sure there are a lot of challenges after that, like dealing with other agencies approaching your girls and trying to entice them away or pimps trying to get them hooked on drugs, and any number of things I've never spent the time to try and figure out.

Regardless, all I said was that setting up and running an agency would be simple. I never said running a successful agency was simple.
