I think the last RC for SP3 dropped in December. The final SP3 build was released to manufacturers just the other day. Just saying what I had and still have. During bootup I get a screen saying XP Professional with SP3 & U-Win Installer on a blue screen with the lovely Ashley Judd sitting on the floor, wearing what looks like only a white Univ of Kentucky oversize shirt. The Software Patch has had SP3 since the later part of 2007. While this was in my opinion a preliminary release, it works and i have installed it without any problems.
