Helping the disabled?

Serious question. If you were mentally challenged or a relative was, would you look into aquiring some "professional" help to take care of certain sexual needs? Is this done for people? Do any of the ladies know of this or have an opinion?

You might be asking the wrong group of people (a bunch of pervs who think about sex all the time and post on a board more or less dedicated to sex for money). Having said that, if it's what that person wanted, then why not? Assuming I could find an SP who would be willing (and I know some of the ladies here have done exactly that) then I personally see nothing wrong with it. It has to be what the mentally / physicall challenged person wants though and not merely my interpretation of what he / she wants.
