This time, I want to ask all the MPA's and experienced men here on how to give a sensual and relaxing massage to a lady who goes to the gym very often.

I really do need a crash course on how to massage. Perhaps an hour or two and I am willing to pay for it at the going rate. But please note, nothing erotic between us will happen. I just want to learn how to massage. The thing is, I don't want to spend a semester at Seneca learning it. I just want to learn the techniques really quickly. Can any MPA here or a guy help me out?

You mentioned my name? And magically I appear !

Some women prefer a more caring, sensual massage vs. more sexual Tantra. Tantra is based on Eastern Hindu beliefs to "justify" being sexual. Some of the techniques are good sexually but you can ignore the energy/Chakrua basis of Hinduism.

For us that aren't Hindu, I prefer Esalen techniques while not directly sexual are very sensual. It is based on love and nurturing the person along with doing good things to the body as in all massage that isn't just sexual.

Sadly Easlen isn't widely known today, was more popular back a few decades. I've never run into anyone that has been trained in Esalen in Canada.

I was professionally trained many years ago and have taught it in couples groups, hosted massage rooms at swing conventions. Once in Toronto I had a great time teaching/sharing privately with a very nice guy and his strip club dancer friend. He sincerely wanted to learn good touch/massage skills and the gal loved it. Our scheduled 1 hour meeting lasted almost 3 hours. He got a nice hotel room and rented a massage table. You can't do good real massage on a bed, really need a massage table.

There is a fairly good Easlen training video although its a bit too "new age" for my tastes, but its not bad.

It would also be nice if some massage schools would have short courses to teach basics of good massage but not to meet the 500-1000+ hours required to be a RMT in Canada.

But I don't know of any such courses sadly either in the U.S. or Canada.

Having come from a family of massage therapist and often complemented on my technique myself I will offer these quick tidbits:

Warm oil in your hands before applying, never squirt oil onto someone's back.
Start softly and end softly.
Ask if your are using too much pressure or not enough, everybody is different.
Vary technique.
Never put direct pressure on the spine.

Massage your lady where it will provide the most relaxation and pleasure to her -- and no, this doesn't mean her tits and pussy!! Men are always offering to give me massage, but funny how they usually only want to massage those parts.

If you really want to woo a lady with your massage, try focusing on her shoulders, neck, scalp, and face. You wouldn't believe how amazing it feels to have your ears rubbed!! Take your time, go slow, and be attuned to feedback to let you know how much pressure to use. Massage her scalp like you're shampooing her (but don't get too rough, or you'll give her split ends!). Pull your hands up the back of her neck, lifting her head, stretching her neck and relieving all the tension here. Rub her ears between your thumbs and forefingers. Take your time, make it last (just like you'd want her to take her time and make it last if she were pleasuring you!), and very importantly, relax yourself. Let time stand still.
