help! Need to find a good restaurant for tonight!

I'm just wondering if anyone could recommend a good restaurant in the Vaughan and Richmond Hill area.. Here's some criteria

Price range: from $20-$30 for an entree
Cuisine: Anything but japanese (I've been overloading on these.. I love japenese food.. )
Excellent service (this is a must!!).

I LOVE steak, seafood, indian. For comparison, all-star wings and ribs is pretty average to me, their ribs and service are great, but the portion is pretty small.

Suggestions? I'll let you guys know which one I decide going to at 6 tonight!
