If your plan allows, visit Shanghai last, otherwise, you'll be disappointed when visiting other places. (although they're not bad either, but SH got the best quality)
Any KTV shall do the trick. Don't let them scam you, RMB 2000 will get you a full overnight stay with as many goals as you can get.

Well it seems as if my fellow TERBite is venturing out to the east where the game is totally different, and make sure you have that return ticket booked, because many never come back.
As suggested, read through my vacation thread, it will give you alot of insight on the hobby scene. My biggest suggestion is to sign up with www.internationalsexguide.info This site is great. Pay the one year subscription, it is well worth it.
In terms of Hong Kong you have to go to the right places in order not to get ripped off. KTV's are the kaoroke lounges they have in Asia. These places have girls that will sit with you while in a private room. Singing, drinking, eating, and pretty much anything you want to do in these private rooms can be done. These hostesses are also availble for take out. You need a group of people to do this unless you are local and know where to go. If you do go alone you will have to go to Mong Kok. Pretty much find any establishment with the letters KTV on the store front. Walk up, and all else will be taken care of. Mong Kok is also where you will find most of the massage places. Again, find any one, and just enjoy your international poon. One thing Asia has that North America lacks are the meat markets. These are full out clubs that have a 1:3 man to woman ratio. Of course all the women are pros and they vary in price. The two most popular are called Fenwicks and Neptunes II, trust me as a hobbyist these two places are a must. Jump into any cab and they will know where to take you. Just say Wan Chai and then Fenwicks or Neptune. I cannot stress enough that you MUST AVOID the strip clubs. They will rip you off left right and center. Also if you happen to go with a Thai chick, make sure you give the crouch area a feel, becuase some pose as women when they are actually men (don't ask...no homo), and once you have paid and are in your room and you find out she has a cock, you will not only kick her out, but lose your monay as well. Yes...english is spoken everywhere....Phnine gives excellent advice. When I was over in HK in Jan I went to Fenwicks. Excellent!..if you are in Kowloon, Sunny Caesars upstairs from the Hard Rock is a great AMP...and a great massage, plus dessert. If you go to Macau you will need a visa I believe; at least AMericans do.
