Hello...911? Subway screwed up my sandwich...I need help!

I'm sure that a lot of you have already heard about this story, but they've released audio now and it adds a whole new element once you actually LISTEN to how angry this guy is. Too funny.

What a waste of 911 resources . There could have been five heart attacks that needed emergency attention etc while this nutcase was complaining about his two lousy sandwiches!

I wonder what commotion he caused in the Subway to get them to lock him out of the store? I've seen people gripe about wrong toppings in Subway before...and sort it out, so he must have really been causing a major scene to get the manager to lock him out.
