Well, cross contaminating your penis with her vaginal fluid is not best practices, so you're at some reduced risk of catching things that come in vaginal fluid. Google for transmission risks for diseases from unprotected heterosexual sex, then give yourself reduced odds beyond those, if she even had anything in the first place. (It's pretty safe to assume she doesn't have every STD/STI known to man.) Assuming you washed with warm water, and non-abrasive soap, and patted dry shortly after I wouldn't have a full on freak out about it.

As a general rule: fluid in anus is worse than fluid in vagina is worse than fluid on dick is worse than fluid in mouth is worse than fluid on a hand that gets washed immediately before you rub an orifice. Duration of exposure, and amount of wear matter. Also be aware of raw follicles, shaving nicks, scrapes, etc.
