I wanted to ask don't you guys including the SPs and clients get a fear of receiving STI or STD due to this hobby. I'm pretty sure that people undergo different types of tests, maintain good hygiene and safe practices to make sure they minimize the risk. But I'm pretty sure not everyone follows all these protocols such as not every client undergoes the testing and I think that most people undergo the testing once a week and they partake in these acts multiple times throughout the week. Sometimes I get tempted but thinking of these risks I just take a step back. So I just posted it here in order to get views from this community. Feel free to drop your opinions. Every comment is appreciated.

Morning T225, this topic has been discussed many times. Also you might move this post of yours that you have created possibly without using the search bar, and you have posted in the R-E-V-I-E-W section and as you are asking a question this should be in the 4-1-1 section. But since you have been on here for just over a month let me welcome you to TERB and suggest the search bar again for your use.....it is free. Also since you like questions.....why are you asking all this if you state " I'm pretty sure" about the questions you are asking. It sorta sounds like you are trying to stir something up. if you don't feel comfortable and you are worried about seeing a Lady for anything more than a massage and he just go to a massage parlor. That way your fears should be alleviated, and you should be less fearful again of the world around you.
HB69.....was here?!?!?!? Still being a little sarcastic at "I'm pretty sure" time in the morning.

Maybe best to ask this on the 411 section not review section and also HB gives good advice

It’s a valid concern to think about, and I think it’s good to be honest about risk rather than ignore it. At the same time, responsibility doesn’t rest on one side. Providers generally take their health seriously and set boundaries as part of their work, but clients are also responsible for their own safety and for deciding what level of risk they’re personally comfortable with.

No one is guaranteed a risk-free experience in any sexual context, whether that’s dating or the hobby. If someone finds that the concern is causing ongoing anxiety, it might just mean this isn’t the right space for them, and that’s okay.

Everyone involved is making an informed, consensual choice, and respecting that includes owning your own comfort level and decisions.

I've seen the bad side and the good being a player,3 decade's of it,rules I live by now,
1- when going to a AMP I always have them change the sheets and pillow case,2- always leave my socks on,3- no dfk or daty, don't have shower as I have never seen them clean it between clients once again only at the AMP locations,so the bottom line ,be careful what you wish for

I’m a single guys dating. I can tell you, providers I have seen are cleaner and take better care of themselves that regular women out there. Went home with a woman one night, took her clothes off and the smell scared the hell out of me and I bailed. Seeing reviewed and reputable providers should put you at ease some. But as Maddie said, there is risk no matter how you look at it.

Hi darling,
The fact that you are thinking about this is already a good step!
From a providers point, I do everything I can to ensure my safety and my clients safety. (ie. Testing every 3 weeks, no uncovered services, lysol after every client and so on).

From the clients side, testing, testing, testing!! It is so important to test yourself because if you catch early it will be better. Don't do uncovered services and ask your provider what they do as well.

Hopefully this helps!
