Didn't breathe while sleeping after exercise. Constant nasal spray prescribed. Eventually chest pain, nothing to do with the heart according to ecg. Idiot rude doctor, constant nasal spray and the wants heart test. In the meantime walk in clinic wanted endoscopy. Didn't go because of travel. Right decision because eventually diagnosed with sleep apena and can't do an endoscopy at the location that I was sent to, have to have it done at the hospital.

Scenario 1

Me: Can I take this nasal spray for the rest of my life as a solution?

Doctor: just take the prescription and we'll figure it out.

Me: but we have already done this

Doctor: just take it


Scenario 2

Me: can my chest pain have anything to do with the fact that I can't breathe while I sleep?

Doctor: no

Me: ok

Understand now L? All day everyday, Mississauga Valley Boulevard.


Turns out you can't use the nasal spray long term. Also, I decided just consider myself having GERD. Changed eating, feeling much better. Apparently, sleep apena can cause GERD. Still waiting for an endoscopy.

I don't even have an accent but I'm to the point now when I go to a doctors office I ask for a pen and paper and write everything down. When they ask what's wrong I give them the paper. Should work. That's of course if the game isn't rigged?

*no bashing of anyone, when there is a timeframe involved, do what I have to do to get this fixed. Thank you for helpful replies below, but I'm speaking to my audience.

Yes, you should not use nasal sprays forever.
They are usually steroids and you will get addicted and the rebound will be more blockage.
For endoscopy, if you are beyond a certain weight they will only do at a hospital if you need sedation.
But I usually get it without sedation. Not very difficult, just a little gagging. I also have GERD.
Try Holly Endoscopy. You get appointments quicker.
For GERD, they may prescribe proton pump inhibitors.
For GERD check out the book "Acid Reflux Diet" by Dr. Jonathan Aviv. Bring it under control and then follow new eating patterns.
Also sleep on your left side, it will work both for GERD and Sleep Apnea.
