from my experience you dont necessarily need to see an SP for that request as plenty of MPs are fine with that, but always be sure to check with the provider first. Again in my experience, providers who are well endowed will usually agree to TF (often with COB) especially as their clients come to see them for those assets.. Hope that helps!
