Have you ever been involved in an UNPAID relationship with a sex worker? I am talking boyfriend/girlfriend or even husband/wife, where each party recognized the other as an SO or similar. Not just a date off the clock, a freebie, or a friendly relationship, but a serious, real, long-term romantic relationship with someone who was a sex worker or had been one--SP, MPA, stripper.

yes I did.Both were retired.Sadly, they both firmly met the criteria of the stereptypical"broken little girl with daddy issues".both last a little under a year.
Yes. Ours was maybe stereotypical of the relationships that develop from the hobby; lusty, great sex, but fraught with double entendres, platitudes, and outright lies. It ended ugly.

We met while she was in the business and now she has retired and we've been together over a year! Best thing that has happened to me!!
I've date one once upon a time but it didn't last long. I thought I could handle her working as an SP but I couldn't. Call me selfish but I don't like sharing my women. It's Kinda like that beer commercial where the guy shares his gf with his friend and his friend makes out with the gf. It doesn't sit well with me, but that's just me. Some people might be okay with that....
maybe the better question is who would seek out a relationship with a sexworker vs who would turn down a relationship if the opportunity arises.
Perhaps it is a question of how people are defining relationship. If I am friends with someone then I am in a relationship with them. At least according to my passport renewal app.
If I were her regular and we become really good friends and I've spent so much money on her that it may as well have been a ring and one day she decides to retire and chooses me because I'm the last man standing, then it will probably work. 
I have had been there, girls are like movie actresses, love the fame, always looking for the fortune. Poor unspecting schmucks, give up almost everything to be with them, the expiry date for there looks, has not ended yet, just to find out the girl is still in the business. Money is just too dam good.
