Unfortunatly I had the pleasure of being denied service base on race over the phone. WOW

Mellisa on the redzone does not see other races than white.

Do you think that is racist:mad:

I have never been asked what race I am. Is it racist, everyone's definition is different. I think it's good that people put preferences on their website. I have seen on terb though people just wanting to stay within their own race, and for that reason, have not contacted them.

Her body her rules

It's not like she is selling a car buddy. Do you pick or avoid certain escorts? Some people do out of personal preference. This is an intimate act (even if done for cash) so people are allowed to do it with who they want.

do'nt get offended my friend, she has her preference and it's better too that she tells you upfront than when you were there then give you a crappy service.

No it is not racist. It is her body that she is selling therefore it is always her call. Other ladies have refused some guys service for reasons more nebulous than skin colour and the ladies always get the final say.

We all make choices everyday as to who we associate with in work and play. I personally don't hang around with guys who still think mullets are an acceptable haircut. Idon't hang around with white guys who fuck only orientals because I personally think that they are looking for that pedo feeling. If an SP doesn't want to do business with a white. black, oriental, arab, jew...whatever...that is her choice.

Besides...what government agency will you file the racism complaint with anyhow?

Move on.

Well, I'm a person of colour, but if an SP has an issue in doing business with me because of my ethnicity, better I know about it up front on the phone rather than getting all the way there and then having an issue. As an earlier post said, the services provided are very intimate no matter that it's for cash and there can be various reasons (racism, age, recognition within a specific community, etc) that would circumscribe who an SP chooses to work with.

Why waste time with whether this specific SP is racist or not? There's plenty of other choice out there.

racist

Of course it is her call and she has the right to choose who she sees. The question is if it is racist and only she knows. If she is only attracted to white guys (young, old, fit, fat) then I don't think it's racist. On the otherhand if her decision is based on perception of personality then it probably is.

Is she a racist? based on the definition of the term, she most certainly is. But its not like you can call the better business beaura or anything so just move on.

We all discriminate if we have preferences, but we should try to be gentle in our choices to avoid hurt feelings. This is often difficult to do over the phone or by email.

Hey guys, she is an ESCORT! She's not exactly a Doctor, Lawyer or Teacher. Do you really think society will suffer from the opinion and preferences of an Escort?! Who cares! Move on and find someone/someplace else where your money is good!

You should treat him w/respect.He is a member in longer standing then you.Certainly you can spare a few hundred of your posts!(Maybe the ones where you duplicated compilations that are already a sticky at the top?)

I have been asked by only one sp. Leanne in Mississauga asked if I was black.
I told her I was asian. She didn't mind. I'm not sure if she's racist. Perhaps it's just her preference.

i've never been asked my race by an SP, but one time i had an asian sp at my place and once she was inside she remarked "ohh, you're white..." - sounding surprised or something - i assume she expected a non-white person to answer the door...
