Has anyone used their HSA for the hobby?

Just curious, has anyone ever used their HSA (Health Saving Account) for the hobby? I mean some of the MPs actually have a license right? Just wondering if that could/would fly???
Would love to hear your thoughts and opinions.

If you are referring to a health spending account provided by your employer, I wouldn't risk my job for what would be viewed as fraud and grounds for dismissal.

I know of a couple of guys who tried this. it didn't go well for them. They were fired and one was also charged with fraud. If they're licensed and have an appropriated ID code then there shouldn't be a problem as long as the total fee is within guidelines. Otherwise take the gamble and see what happens.

The insurance coverage company has a blacklist of people not use. Check the list before venturing out. IT won't Fly.

But since you are one of those guys - go for it.
