You're absolutely right. This law and order bill is a total pig in a poke. Anytime a omnibus bill this big is tabled the government is hiding something. as for the Future of TERB, I suspect no worries.

Stop mocking guys. This bill is a thoughtful measure to combat the rising scourge of unreported crime, by frightening unreported criminals with tougher sentences.

When it doesn't work—stats on unreported crime being so reliable, that should be easy to track—they may think of coming after the unreporters.

Selfishly - all I'm concerned with is legalized prostitution. Does this bill help or hinder ?

Canada has got the government it deserves. Regardless of what this bill deals with the crackdown on prostitution WILL come at some point.
