Used host an annual Burns Day dinner, featuring finnan haddie and a huge presentation haggis (with neeps--mashed turnips or rutabagas-and tatties--mashed potatoes) made by a local bloke who imported wild shot game from Scotland, among other tidbits. Admission to the party required one bottle of single malt, preferably from Islay. By 4 in the morning at least 6 or 7 bottles had been drained by 6 people. Rend that haggis!!
