I usually have no problem with a double happy ending at a MP all you have to do is ask at the begenning of the session. Usually there is some form of up charge (depending on what services you are getting to start off with) of $20 but sometimes none at all, it all depends on the girl and of course ymmv.
But I have had lots of luck at PA with Juliette, Ella, Sylvia and the list goes on.
