Have dabbled with a cock ring before. Not for ED, though can see how it might add a bit more stiffness if that’s an issue. It did make orgasms a bit more intense. Good point. I forgot about that one of my clients LOVED it wrapped around balls and penis. It's not supposed to make you feel numb so you didn't have a good fit. Thats why I like using the silicone ones. I really don't know why they make metal ones.

Ya, it’s hard (lol) to get a good fit. You can’t exactly try them on! It was a silicone one. (No way I’d take the chance of getting a metal one stuck and having to go to the ER!!) For me I’m quite sensitive to something constricting the base. I’m not huge (just above avg) and even some condom brands I find too tight at the base and cause some numbness.
