I stopped using them approx 6 months ago. At that time their window was 90 minutes. Has it increased from that?
I agree with the earlier comment -- great service, but high prices. However, if you make lots of $$, paying an extra 30% for groceries = $30-$60, which you need to decide if your spare time is worth that much. If so, they're great. If not, they're too expensive.

I miss the good old days when all grocery stores would deliver. You could take advantage of specials, choose your brands and packaging. Grocery gateway doesnt offer enough bulk and economy size products and thats where you really lose your money more than greedy markups and delivery charges..
They used to be a very good service before Longo bought them last year. Don't know what they are like now, since after the Longo take over they stopped delivering to my area.
That and their prices are my main complaints with Grocery Gateway as well. I us them only for items which I find very difficult to bring home in my wheel-chair. I use to buy 2L Coke 8 at a time. Now I order 8 cases of 2L bottles and have GG stack them in my storage area.WhaWhaWha said:
Kinda wish loblaws would extend their service outside of south mississauga... I think I probably have about $50 worth of credits with grocery gateway just because of service issues (ex. delivery scheduled for 5-6:30, truck arrived at 11:30pm
