yep, read the book ..pretty much knew most of it, but makes a good point about how success is often attributable to timing / luck (he uses bill gates as an example) ...mark Cuban also attributes his success a lot to luck as well (right place, right time)

video and book is something lots of people on this board should watch / read, given the number of doomsayers here lol
