Sorry - Nicole you were very forgiving

On the 401 today there was a fatal car-truck accident and due to the detour I was late for my meeting meaning in London and therefore I could not make the appointment with Summer today. I had a sad day. But for a review of Nicole - She was very understanding and very professional. Thanks Nicole - hope I can try this again soon.
