If humans didn't think they needed and wanted governments, why did they invent them?
Micro nations have government. Their subjects have to bow down to someone.
Anytime you've got more than three people trying to live and do stuff together, you'll have and need a government of some sort. Instead of pursuing fairytale dreams of life without such real necessities we'd do far better to focus on the concrete realities of bringing up better citizens than we have been and demanding something better than 'the least and cheapest I can manage' from those we put in power.
